The Problem
Rangpur Community Dental College & Hospital is led by Prof. Dr. Musa Siddik — an FCPS oral surgeon with 20+ years of experience, internationally trained in South Korea, India, and Malaysia. Despite being one of North Bengal's most qualified dental specialists, the clinic had no web presence.
Patients had no way to find them on Google. There was no way to verify the doctor's credentials online. No service information, no appointment flow, no trust signals for high-value treatments like dental implants and oral cancer surgery.
The brief was clear: build something that matches the standard of the clinic.
What I Built
A bilingual, fully indexed clinical website in English and Bangla — the first of its kind for a dental practice in the Rangpur region.
The site needed to do three things simultaneously: rank on Google, build trust before the patient walks in, and make booking as frictionless as possible.








Bilingual routing with next-intl
The entire site runs on locale-aware routing - /en and /bn with correct hreflang alternates on every page. Both languages are fully indexed by Google as separate entities. Bengali translations were handled with care to preserve medical terminology accuracy.
Structured data and SEO foundation
Every page ships with JSON-LD structured schema - MedicalBusiness, Physician, MedicalSpecialty, and BreadcrumbList. Google can parse the clinic's credentials, location, services, and team without reading a single line of body copy.
WhatsApp booking flow
No database, no complex booking system for v1. Patients tap "Book Appointment" and land in a pre-filled WhatsApp conversation. Zero friction, immediate response from the clinic team.
Telegram appointment bot
A custom Telegram bot fires a structured notification to the clinic's internal channel every time a patient initiates a booking. The team sees the patient's name and enquiry instantly - no missed leads.
50+ services across 9 categories
A full bilingual services catalogue - from routine checkups to oral cancer surgery and Bicon USA implants. Each service page is individually indexed with its own schema markup.
Performance and security

Key Decisions
No CMS for v1. The content is stable enough that a headless CMS would add complexity without benefit. An editorial section can be added later if the retainer needs it.
Warm editorial design system. The palette - warm charcoal, gold accent, cream background - was built to feel premium and trustworthy. Clinical photography only. No stock images, no 3D illustrations.
Mobile-first, always.The majority of the clinic's patients search on mobile. Every interaction - reading services, viewing credentials, booking - was designed for a phone screen first.

The site went live within two weeks of kickoff. Within the first month it was indexed across both language versions, appearing in local search results for dental services in Rangpur.
The project also established the foundation for an ongoing retainer engagement covering SEO, blog content, and technical maintenance.
